This project is located on a leg-in
property on a 800 square metre site surrounded by other
houses. The clients brief was for a small contemporary house
that maximized the views while providing sheltered outdoor
living with privacy from the neighbouring properties.
It
slopes to the NW and views to the mountains & lake can be had
from the 1st floor level and through view corridors between the
neighbouring houses at ground floor level. |
