SnowPark New Zealand is located in the
Waiorau Ski Area. This project involved the design of
twenty-four Apartments and a Bar/Restaurant to create a
residential village located on the skifield.
The two storied apartments are designed in blocks of four units,
with a total of six identical blocks to be constructed. Terraced
into the North-facing hillside above the new restaurant, all the
