A simple 1980’s house transformed by the addition of a new stone
clad stairwell and a new shingled, fully re-insulated roof
structure. The orignal exposed rafters have been retained and
extended into the new gable-ended dormer windows which open the
first floor up to stunning views of Lake Wanaka.
A crafted solid timber stair case with ornamental metal
balustrade provides new access to the first floor. The ground
floor living and dining area has been extended, with new
hardwood flooring throughout. |
